RETURNS, REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE POLICIES

• Terms of return :  Returns should be received to the company address within maximum of 7 business days. 
• State of return : All returns should be received by the company in the same packaging, same condition of quality and quantity that has been originally shipped. 
• Reason for return : Only damaged or wrong products on the day which the products where delivered not the day after. 
• Process of return : Prior to return of all products, a complete written description via email for the reason of return and a photo of the damaged or wrong product in which both shall be sent to us on the day which the product was delivered.
• Process of refund : All refunds will be processed only after the returned products are received by the company within maximum of 7 business days. Once the products are received in acceptable conditions by the company  the refund process will take effect to the purchase's credit card. the delay of the amount returned on the purchasers credit card depends on the credit card company's processioning and not us. 
• Contact information : Full contact information of the purchaser is mandatory via email prior to a return claim.

• Terms of guarantee on our tire lettering products: we do not guarantee any of our  tire lettering products if it has been in contact with any tire dressing products Example: All Armorall products, automatic or hand wash car wash chemicals used to wash cars, UNLESS IT HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY PROTECTED BY TIRESHINE PRODUCT SOLD ON THIS WEBSITE . the only tire dressing product acceptable on our tire lettering products is Tireshine SOLD HERE on this website. We do not guarantee our tire lettering product if it has been damaged through a collision with another car or a collision against side walk or any damages caused by exterior force willingly or unwillingly. we do not guarantee or tire lettering product if it has been in contact with fire or extreme heat other then the weather. we do not guarantee our tire lettering products if it has not been maintained cleaned for at least once a week. we do not guarantee our tire lettering products if it has been manipulated or repaired by any individual or a third party other then  S & S PERFORMANCE. All installations of our tire lettering done by clients themselves are subject to disclaimer rules in the do it yourself installation instruction section in this website. All installations of our tire lettering products done by  S & S Performance is guaranteed for life time of the tires.
